it was years ago and I do not recall.  Suffice to say I am soured that people can exploit the system.

Nothing personal, but I think you need to seriously reevaluate the escrow factor... It's pretty much the only way to trade for large sums of bitcoins these days, especially with the market on the rise.

I sold something
person paid.
escrow held money
I sent product
guy got product said it was bad or not what he wanted
I said ok
sent back a box with a brick in it
Escrow returned his money.

And who did you use as escrow?
does it matter?  escrow carries a chance of the seller getting screwed

Well that all makes sense.  I just do not like escrow because I got burned by it in the past.  I guess things would be different now.  But I really hate EBAY.

I am soft on the prices of these and they are more for gamers.  I can see your point.  I will work on some numbers.

Thanks in advance.

but feel free to toss a number out.

How do you get burned by escrow?

PM me with some numbers I would be interested in either a 7770 or 6770 for gaming/rendering on the cheap as I need to put one in a new rig I built.  Since you want to avoid escrow would you be willing to ship the item first to someone that has good trust/feedback here?

Where will you be shipping from?

Would it be better for me to offer them for sale on bitmit?

Just curious...

You're a new user refusing to use escrow and you haven't posted any ball park prices. That makes it difficult to trust you and difficult to guess what sort of prices you're looking for. This may or may not be impacting things but the 6770 and 7770 cards aren't exactly known for their hash power. I imagine the cards and processor might sell better on Ebay but I'm just speculating.

Most likely. You being a new member trying to sell items WITHOUT escrow raises some flags. Just my 2 cents  Smiley
