That the problem, I don't see any transaction or my balance.
When you click "reload account", mycelium will re-sync and search for your selected account's transactions from scratch,
is the "syncing in progress...." in the accounts tab still displayed? If yes, wait for it to finish.

Also, do address '123' and address '1234' starts with a different character, say '3', 'bc1' or '1'?
Because, you might have clicked the QR code in the balance tab that changed the displayed address (no worries: all are included to your account),
but still it will be automatically replaced once you've received a transaction.

Lastly, paste your receiving address "123" to a blockexplorer (https://www.blockchain.com/explorer) to confirm if there's really a transaction before trying to recover anything.

If the transaction was SENT but not CONFIRMED you may not see the address that the coins were sent to.
With mycelium (and most other wallets) *every* transaction gets a new address
So, if the funds were sent then it will show the next recieving address in line. BUT, if the transaction has not confirmed you might not see that address. Because once you hit reload it knows that address was used but since it was not confirmed it will not show an amount.

Yes, it's confusing but it's the way that mycelium shows stuff with a reload account.

-Dave

*Once it's confirmed you might actually have to reload again.

Where I can put my seeds and restore my transaction/balance?
I'm sorry If it is a dumb question, I'm not new to bitcoin but I never had such a problem

You can try and restore the wallet on Electrum (Desktop version).

- Download it from the official website.
- Follow this guide. On the fourth step, make sure to click "Options" and tick the "BIP39 seed" checkbox.

But you say "transaction didn't start yet", so if coins have not been sent yet you can't see anything in your wallet. Can you confirm that there is a transaction at the place where you purchased the BTC? If BTC is sent to the blockchain, your wallet should immediately register it as an unconfirmed transaction, but only if a wallet is sync/you have access to the internet.

I know from the past posts that this wallet sometimes has problems with synchronization, we have dedicated board for Mycelium.

I did not ask you did you create more than one account in your wallet? I never use this wallet, but to see a balance of the account, you need to be in that account.

I do not see problem in the fact that you reload your account and you see different receive address, your old address is still part of your wallet and you will see a transaction in your wallet.

Mycelium is HD wallet, and that means you have seed words - this is the most important thing for you since this is your backup. In case anything bad happens to your phone or just wallet, you can use seed words for a full recovery.

Hello, I bought 1000$ bitcoin to 123 address let's say.
The transaction didn't start yet, but I accidentally click on reload account(mycelium) and now my address is 1234.
What can i do?
Thank you
