He has been sued in Florida some days ago for stealing $10 billion in bitcoin from Kleiman Dave (The Strange Life and Death of Dave Kleiman, A Computer Genius Linked to Bitcoin's Origins)

After Kleiman’s death, he forged and back-dated some documents in order to make it seems that Kleiman Dave had signed away his shares
