besides he may actually be happy about this because the court didn't rule against it (nor for him). the case was just dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction instead of proving that CSW is a scammer which is obvious to the rest of us. and he will continue scamming...

I agree, he really thought that he can steam roll everyone who went against his way. Hodlonaut drama was big last year and today we learn that it was a case not CSW is not going to win at any court.

Then he put up a bounty of $5k to reveal the person behind the persona. And as per his tweet, the court dismissed the case because of lack of jurisdiction, they are going to Norway, but I think the result will be the same.
