All of this was a conspiracy that was sette by al-Zenki "Terrorist group in Aleppo, Syria"

From Wikipedia -
Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki (Arabic: حركة نور الدين الزنكي‎‎, Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement) is an Islamist group involved in the Syrian Civil War. In 2014-15 it was part of the Syrian Revolutionary Command Council and in that period received U.S.-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles. As of 2014, it is reportedly one of the most influential factions in Aleppo.
These are the people we arm in Syria to destabilize the country and weaken Assad's government. No surprise the US government and media touts them as "moderate rebels fighting against an evil dictator". They are one of the most influential groups in Aleppo - the area which Russia is targeting.
Russia has deployed its military to Syria in accordance with international law at the request of the President of Syria. The United States currently sends weapons, intelligence, financial assistance, and carries out airstrikes in support of rebel terrorists in Syria.
EDIT: Also, direct evidence that it was the group Nour al-Din al-Zenki, from CBS News -
A U.S.-supported Syrian opposition group said Wednesday that it would open an investigation into the beheading by its members of a boy accused of spying, calling it an "individual mistake" that does not represent the overall policies of the group.
The only part of OP's post in question is whether or not the picture of the boy killed by Russian airstrikes in Aleppo is being specifically pushed by the Nour al-Din al-Zenki group, which, in my view, is insignificant to the implication OP is making
