SR2.0 also had their wallet cleaned out according to reddit because they like Karpeles apparently rolled their own implementation that directly interacted with the bitcoin protocol and was full o' bugs. I don't really think they attacked Tor, but took over a server. It's not like Bitcoin is hosted on one.
