In 2015 I think many concepts created this year will come to mature and implement in our life. Such as bitcoin 2.0, smart contract, side chain etc

I just got into bitcoin a few weeks ago thanks to a coworker, so this year will be remembered as my foray into bitcoin.

MtGox without a doubt. Moolah a close second. I think the lesson learned is to not keep any coins on exchanges unless necessary. I managed to avoid both!

I think 2015 is increased merchant adoption, possibly a few trading firms getting involved, some more regulatory guidelines and more startups.
I still think Bitcoin needs a few years before fully considered legit, and to prove naysayers it's here to stay

Bitcoin took a hell of a beating this year with MtGox, regulation, and transaction malleability but it's still here.

I think these events all helped suppress the price and now they are behind us the price might get a chance to rise in 2015.

For me it has been the failure of mt. gox
Wow that was this year? Feels like forever ago, the infrastructure has improved so much since them. What with Circle, Coinbase, and a host of institutional investment options, its crazy how different things are in just half a year...

As 2014 draws to a close (under 1 month and 15 days to go for 2015) we should reminisce the past year!

What are some bitcoin events that have stuck with you this year?

What do you think the future (2015) holds for bitcoin?

For me it has been the failure of mt. gox and the rise of merchant adoption. In 2015, I feel we will continue to see new merchants accepting bitcoin and the price will become steady.
