I contacted an escrow and his response was not encouraging as well as the lack of responses here is not encouraging. So I'll probably end up funding this myself and just not offering this sort of profitable investment here again.

edit
I decided not to waste my time or profit by doing this. The response from the escrow and the lack of responses here have frustrated me, to say the least, and I will never offer this community anything like this again. The overall response was almost identical to the sort of response I got when I talked to people about cryptocurrencies in 2014-2015. The only person to even respond to the thread had never even heard of poker staking. The escrow was worried about it hurting his rep and didn't seem to understand the basis of how this would work. So this whole thing was a complete and utter waste of my time. I will make sure not to do this again. This is literally a loss to the community. You guys can stick to buying your obvious scam ico tokens while a legitmate and profitable investment vanishes like a fart in the wind.

update
3 tournaments in and I over doubled the starting bankroll.

Investing in poker players can be extremely profitable depending on the "plan". Generally speaking the more games in a plan the less the risk. For example, I cash roughly 34% of the time so the chances of me not cashing in any of these tournaments is 0.66*0.66*0.66*0.66..(100x times) or basically 0%. I win first place in about 8% of the tournaments I play in so the chance of me winning at least once during the 100x sample is (1-0.08)=0.92 0.92*0.92*0.92.. or 1-(Math.pow(0.92, 100)=0.9976. The true percentages of wins could range over 100x samples from between 2.2% to 13.2% meaning I expect at least 2x wins out of 100 games and upwards of 13x wins. In addition to first place wins I cash roughly 34% of the time so I expect to cash between 24% and 48% depending on variance over the 100x games. Having just 1x win over the 100 samples would mean between 40% and 60% profit for investors.

I have never heard anyone willing to invest their money on gambler even if the gambler is a professional or well known gambler. Dont be offended, but I think it wont work as these days it is not easy to trust others in this online world especially if we are dealing with gambling activity.
If it is possible, using an escrow for the investment will help you gain trust, indeed it will not easy to be implemented as you need the money to play. The main problem is, how we can trust you with our money?

Just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist or that is isn't common place. A quick google search for "poker staking" will show literally millions of results. It is extremely common.

As far as trust goes I have 110 green trust, have had no collateral loans which I repaid, and have completed several freelance projects here in the forums. I can also prove ownership of this account dating back to 2015. In addition to that I have nearly 1200 positive feedbacks on bitify.

Here is a decent article explaining why a profitable poker player would want to setup a stake like this: https://cardplayerlifestyle.com/top-10-reasons-you-should-consider-getting-staked-to-play-poker/

I have asked one escrow so far if they would be interested in escrowing this. I wouldn't need the full balance of the stake to play each day. It comes to just over 10% that is actually needed to play on a given day except sunday when in profit and playing the 2x $22 tournaments. With an escrow each day I would request a top-up if needed. Should investors wish to stop they can simply post and tell the escrow. Obviously there would be fees assoicated with the escrow so I'm thinking 55% profit for investors, 5% for escrow and 40% for me with me personally covering escrow fees should there be no profit, the stake not fill, or investors wish to close out early for some reason and it is not in profit.
