From what I can see on mine I do not have a trust rating now but I did have +1 recently.
Same here after I caught him on a scam he just flood me on -rep but who cares he is not on default anyway.
he is not from default trust and has negative feedback, his rating won't affect you.

Someone want to buy a pc. Fantic offers him a pc. I say watch out might be scam he is newbie and has -8 trust. So i get negative trust because i call him a newbie, but if u look at his rank it says newbie.
Also he is saying he is a scammer, he says "im newbie Now??? This is scammer -trust" look at my trust rating an du see this.
So can it get removed please?

Nothing to worry about, people will see his awful trust score & totally ignore what he's written on your profile.
Besides negative trust literally means nothing unless it's from a respected member or somebody on Default Trust.
Relax buddy, your profile won't lose any value.

People Cant see the trust thrown by other users than users in default list , only people can see the negative trust given by "Fantic" who trust Fantic or has Added him in their Trust list.
Just Ignore The Trust given by him ,and remove hi from your Trust list.

Only "Fantic" can remove it, however you shouldn't be bothered from trust rating given by a user which is not on default trust (specially from newbie) as it wont reflect on your trust ratings

Trust is not moderated. Unless there is something realted to DefaultTrust members, no point in reporting.
On a side note, it is interesting that CEO of memgamine has sold his account, while megamine is being shown as 'probably legit' in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudmining-101-ponzi-risk-assessment-878387
