I've been following ripple and it's development and there is nothing to show for the current (quite small actually) rise.
I think the last climb was just your daily pump and dump group at work.
Next to some legal adjustment for accounts on ripple.com and a press statement for another office, not really happend so far.

I think it's a decent buy for the long term.
But not short term, I believe it will come down again.

Just curious if there's any internal developments that I'm not aware of, or if it's a shady pump and dump?

I heard and read about the Microsoft news, but could that really cause a huge 30% spike?  Any predictions of whether it could go back to over $0.01 USD in the near future?  I just bought 1 BTC worth, just for kicks.  Am I playing with fire?

Thanks for any opinions.

Ripple is rising now because of the Microsoft news. It is also very volatile so you need to be careful not to buy during the pump. You should have no problem cashing out with small profit if you buy during the dumps now.

As much as Ripple is hated here, it is one of the few projects that garner interest from the big boys. In the long run, this could pay off nicely for you.

Are you playing with fire? In crypto everything is playing with fire but you have a lot less risk with ripple than you do with the everyday shitcoin.

There is no such thing as less risk in crypto world but sometimes the more risk equals less risk.

It might be just a brief blip. There is no big news about ripple to drive the price up. So it might come down very soon.
