a more important question is what this token for. if this is just gong to be a useless token then it would be best if you just keep the token on your own OP. its worthless and will have no value. waves team should consider approving a token before giving them chance to distribute.
This is a great idea though I would personally suggest some kind of an airdrop to members of the Litecoin community (Litecoin Telegram has over 4000 members already). This will add credibility and excitement around this token and lead to exchange buys... similar to what RiptoBux did (also a Waves token).

A very old member of the forum - mostly lurking tho. I just launched a Chikun Token on the waves platform. 100% of the revenue will be given away to the Litecoin Foundation. There are a total of 50,000 Chikun created, so its a low supply. 47,500 up for sale at 0.1BTC each. Again every single penny will be sent to the Litecoin Foundation.
I am not directly affiliated - though I try to contribute. This is being done so some projects can be funded like:
1. Android & iOS Wallets
2. Payment merchants (like bitgo, bitpay etc.)
3. Marketing efforts.
4. Running more nodes.
The funds raised here will be distributed for funding projects much like Dash does where proposals can be submitted and directly funded by the LF.
