@smyslov people hire web developer for various reasons, most especially it can be due to lack of time to do the website by one self due to other committments.

Fiverr do not accept Cryptocurrency anymore, WordPress is free you can have stunning websites with all the functionality, anyway that $5 is for a simple design website but if you ask me I like the website owner to learn how to create their own it's easy all you need is a cpanel and everything is one click to launch and there are a lot of tutorials about how to run a site whether on WordPress or any other script.
