Looks promising, once I stop being greedy with OBSI.HRPT I'll throw some coin here.

So basically you start at a certain percentage of the total network hashing power and keep that percentage over time ? Interesting.

This asset reminds me of MOORE.

Would be safer for us if the hashrate increase was guaranteed, not the money spent for it. This way the asset is exponentially instable: should the earnings be more than necessary to keep up with difficulty, next they will be even higher, and so on indefinitely -the other way round, should they be insufficient, they will be even lower next time, and so on until not much is left. (but hey, yes, still quite better than normal bonds, I admit!   Roll Eyes ).
Now I see dividends going up... very good sign. But what about ASICs? The sudden need to upgrade does not go well with the commitment of investing only so much per period in increasing hashing power. Won't you be caught in a downtrend spiral low income-low investment if ASICS hit too soon?

the kind of image you posted could be photoshopped almost effortlessly.  there must be some .gov site to check their publicly accessible records on file?

Do you plan to verify at all?
Do you have mining equipment to start off with or is the IPO to raise funds to begin an op?
You plan on testing new hardware, what will you do with such results? (Release to public or only used internally)
What price per bond were you aiming for?
What will set the IPO apart from other established mining ones?

Website's looking good.
