There's no announcement yet about the upgrade it's not done yet.

@OP According to Kucoin all services for RNDR are Temporarily Closed! if you see a balance you won't be able to do anything until the upgrade is done.

Token upgrade is still in progress on KuCoin, that's why you can't do anything with your $RNDR, in fact they also disabled trading during this upgrade period. I also found some similar questions on the KuCoin Reddit page, such as:

1. HELP RNDR tokens disappeared from wallet
2. Updates on RNDR -> RENDER?

About a week ago I contacted KuCoin asking them why my Render tokens has seemingly vanished.
Shortly after that I realized this was around the time KuCoin was converting RNDR tokens to the new RENDER token.
Fair enough. A week later however, I come back to KuCoin and my RENDER tokens are STILL unavailable / unlisted and
I can not access them at all. If I do a search for them, they appear on my trading account, but not able to trade them or use
them in any way. What gives? Anyone knows what's taking so long here?
