You're so demanding about the pay rate, $18/week is so high for your account. Even DT 2 users which also campaign managers who made the SMAS have complaints about you're spamming in this forum, so I don't really think that $18/week is so worth it.

SMAS people are as mad as dogs and you have got no idea what I was earning few days back . I doubt if you are earning the same as you are missing some parts of signature campaigns .

I'm not living in Nigeria, and i know that even more than $1 can be earned in single day. It is enough when you work honestly.
In this case, it looks like that you do not understand something.
You wrote it good: you "was earning". It is only your fault that you are not earning anymore.
