I am not a praise singer and I believed you know many things in the forum with our main account and that is why you create this thread. If you used the right approach in this case, you would have gotten the right answer but you didn't use the right approach but involving the passerbys is wrong. If you want them to judge the issue then you can only call their attention to look into the case. I am not against you creating thread but be guided and use the correct approach then you will get what you wanted.
And as I said, merit sources do not have particular friends but base on quality posting and S.C gave merit base on post review so he might be giving one user merits more than a time and that doesn't mean they are friends.

When members cross the line from being posters to trolls, there is nothing they can write about that surprises anybody. The ultimate aim would be to simply post and make a nuisance of themselves.

Of all the accusations one could write without factual evidence, when it comes to accusing someone on baseless grounds of being racist (only in order to misdirect) it shows the gutter-level some are living in as they hide their higher ranked accounts.

You cannot speak for the harassment of another person.   I'm willing to entertain feedback he has left you that you feel is false.   You certainly cannot lie when leaving negative feedback, so if he lied about you, you may have a case for trust abuse.

I am not talking about the feedback he left to me. I am talking about all the negative and negatively inspired neutral feedbacks he left for years. If you have time, consider reviewing his feedbacks and his trust list. Also, try find out why he excluded all those people. You will notice either he had arguments with them, or they did not kneel before JollyGood.

He cannot affect me even with Negative feedback. I am not participating in campaigns. But what about hundreds of people who received neutral feedbacks from him? Some campaign managers started removing participants from campaign if they receive neutral feedbacks from JollyGood. So, even if it does not affect me, it affects hundreds of other forum members.

He call it as a self note, but the truth is, he is harassing them.

If the feedback was negative - I'd consider your argument.     Right now it does not affect you in any way.

It's not a rocket science. You don’t need a explanation to understand that. JollyGood has been abusing his DT power and leaving questionable feedback for a long time. You guys are giving him motivation by including him in your trust list. It's like rubbing his head saying "you are a good dog".

How does my trusting his trust ratings give him a free license to do anything?    If he starts abusing his trust ratings, I can remove him from my trust list, but that won't change what he is allowed to do here.

Hey guys, you people should not bring The Sceptical Chymist to this thread, he has nothing to do with you guys. He gives merit if the posts are good and not the users. And I don't think he checked username before giving merit but once the user's contribute is meaningful, he gives merit and he is a merit source and also he has not given neutral or negative tag to someone without evidence therefore let the name of the The Sceptical Chymist  should not come to your mind in this thread again.
Even though many people are not saying anything in the Reputation Board they know what is happening in the forum. As it is said he is a merit source so he gives. And has he said, because of his generosity in merit giving he becomes a fan to many forum users. Both small and high rank users. So for him given and becoming a merit fan for the person you are referring to has nothing to do with him in this thread.

I'm probably the top "fan" of a lot of members who've fallen under the radar in the past few years, if only for the fact that I'm a merit source and had a standing offer for members to have their post histories reviewed by me on request.  As far as worldofcoins goes, I haven't looked to see which posts of his I merited but I think I recall a few recent ones that were on-topic and helpful.  Aside from that, I don't have any sort of relationship with him and there's nothing funny going on if that's what you're getting at.

Can you clarify the above for me?  Are you suggesting that 1) I'm aware that worldofcoins is an alt of JollyGood, and 2) Because of that I've sent the former account merits?

If that's the case, I never linked those two accounts or even had suspicions about them.  Also, I would have absolutely no good reason to just dump merits on an alt of JG's.  In fact, I had him excluded from my trust list for the longest time, and it was only recently that I un-excluded him after reviewing the feedbacks he's given.  Again, I don't have any kind of special relationship with him--and even if we were best friends I wouldn't give him merits simply because of that fact.

I don't have to PM him, he have rights to send merits to whoever he wants.

I have to agree, if you're going to participate on this board you gotta have "thick skin" and not be a baby. You gotta expect that attention might shift in your direction depending on your stance as well.

Everyone in this board isn't against newbies or whatever, but everyone here does have their own views. If you decide to stick your nose in, it could come back to bite you IMO.

You can't have 30% of your posts on reputations board for someone who is not a regular poster in the forum and expect only sweet responses in your favour. If you love drama, then expect the drama to get back at you at one point and when it does, you make sure your skin is thick, and you don't have to keep complaining.
