I don't see that problem with IE9.
Internet Explorer is horrible at rendering web pages, along with all its other disadvantages. First thing I'd do is try a different browser.

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but when I'm quoting a large thread and replying back, I'm not able to see what I write while typing it.
The scroll button on the side SHAKES. I've tried scrolling to the bottom and then typing. it still doesn't help. Any ideas?
I generally access via internet explorer.
