Use the "report to Admin" button on the lower right of the message. Select what admin or global moderator you want it to be sent too, you could even check who's online at the time if you wanted or send it to them all. These messages are usually dealt with pretty quickly, and more often than not the users are banned.
Thanks for the reply mate, I have reported to Admin. Just made this post to alert others If this user sends message.
Will lock the topic now.

There's a chance it slipped through if there is one but it feels like an easy fixe to change that link into where it was meant to be going on bitcointalk (if that place exists).
The suspicious link removed does work quite well though and I'm surprised it didn't catch this - did you use the report to admin button too?

1. It's not the first time I see that kind of links.
2. Put the malicious link under code tags if you really want to show it.
3. I hope that you did report the message.
4. I'd say that the board should be Scam accusations

EDIT: His Trust Page says this: This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity.

I would like some moderators to take strict actions against this user, happened very first time with me. I haven't clicked on the link, thanks to my common sense.

Message to Moderators: Kindly move this thread to appropriate board as I am not aware where It should be posted.
