Thanks for reporting!

I had a look into it and it seems to be, that two of them are already banned (their comments are deleted). The comments of the last one are still visible, but I think this problem will be solved very soon by the mods.

Certain members who report a lot may be whitelisted by theymos I believe. White listing basically means your time restrictions for reporting will shortened. Probably to the 4 second limit.

I'm not sure whether he's actively whitelisting those who report a lot or just the ones that make it public that they are annoyed with the time restrictions in place.

Do you think I'm a spambot who tries to overload "Report to moderator" function Smiley. Trust me I'm not.
You're not.Unfortunately we don't have an advanced AI system which differentiates spam bots from humans. If we did,we could have need less moderators to do manual bans.

The thing I didn't makes sense is that why we are ristricting good members good behaviors as a solution for a spammers bot programs. Why can't we introduce a separate system to identify the user wether bot or human instead demotivating well wishers of the forum.
You are one of the 10000 Jr.Members who report actively.(Maybe) Do you think it's worth bending the rules compared to the massive amounts of bots we have everyday?

It is definitely useful. You know the spam bots which are created to open trash topics on bitcointalk can also be programmed to use that Report to Moderator function which is a bit heavy operation on the server end.

Hence the restriction applied to anything that is going to result in an action which GET/POST data to the server totally makes sense.

I don't know how it can be useful for the site to set an interval between reports. For posting it can be useful against spammers but to report? I don't think there are users joining Bitcointalk and spamming the report button.
It is definitely useful. You know the spam bots which are created to open trash topics on bitcointalk can also be programmed to use that Report to Moderator function which is a bit heavy operation on the server end.If 20 such bots keep using that function over an infinite loop, it would not only clog Moderators reports view but load the server unnecessarily.

Hence the restriction applied to anything that is going to result in an action which GET/POST data to the server totally makes sense.

When I reading some posts in the forum,I have seen that some of the newbies are spamming (don't know wether we can call it spamming or not) in the "Off topic" board by  posting with Russian language when original posts were posted in english. It is really annyoing when someone making replies with another  languages while having nice conversations in the forum. It is better if you can make those posts limited to local boards where having freedom for all the users with their native language.
So  I have used the function of "Report to moderator" about that posts (posts not in English) and then suddenly this error massage has been displayed by mentioning that my account need to become more established to used the "Report to moderator" function more oftenly.

So is that necessary to limit this function while I have reported with 100% accuracy rate in previously. I appreciate your valuble thoughts regarding this issue.

P.S- The following three users are continuesly posting with Russian language in "Off topic" board.
