If you are still trying to acquire btc in  exchange of your paypal funds, try the reputable user name zazarb. He is one of the known buyer of btc for paypal funds. Sure you win't be scammed.

If PayPal has an issues down the line and hits your account, then it simply goes neg until it is resolved.  Not saying to cheat PayPla, jsut to have this as a way to grab money when in doubt and if PayPal finds an issue that resolves against you, you can fix the account in your time, not theirs.

Maybe he's just trying to test your knowledge about bitcoins since your account is still a newbie maybe he thinks that you're just a newbie also that's why he is trying to scam you by sending your money first to him as your trading process which is not really good because bitcoin is not just that easy to earn for him just to scam it like that. Reporting him is really a good idea. There's a lot of people like him in here to be honest. Just be careful who you trust with for you not be fooled by anyone around here.

but you can chargeback if he scams, so why didn't you do the trade?

Because the guy has absolutely nothing to show for and yet keeps pushing and pushing me to send and once he figured out i will not be sending he went offline right away on skype. His skype account only has 3 contacts, his btc account is new with just 3 posts. That should say enough i think?

Also i cant think of anyone willing to trade 1:1 for a first time.

Also, make sure that you get the PayPal debit card, that way you can protect yourself in business from the other side.  If you REALLY need the money coming from a PayPal TX, then once it hits PayPal you can move it to the debit card and it is yours to spend.

HEY Timelord2067~~Ya agree with you this STINKS like shit I assume it's another kid scamming cuz he is sloppy as hell  Roll Eyes  I'm not even going to discuss his "loan request" you all can see that from past posts.

1) "barney" your "exchange" was NOT processed according to Mixan as there was an error.  I invite Mixan comes here to confirm the status.
2) There is a piece of information I will not share, otherwise, you will be harder to find with your next name Wink I already know you have 1 Alt here and when I have the time for you, I will update this post with that ALT.
3) I HIGHLY 99.9999% suspect this is a fraudulent PayPal I think he forgot about these posts from a forum he got BANNED from prior to coming here
makingmoney070 was last seen:    Sep 17, 2016 http://www.blackhatworld.com/members/makingmoney070.591898/ Ya buddy that's you there  Roll Eyes You all can read that garbage yourself .............here is a little piece:

Ok so this is the problem.
In the past i had a personal paypal and i fucked that one up, now i have a online joint venture with someone and i will be getting payed with paypal. This is no hacked accounts or anything so there will never be any disputes or anything.
My mother has a verified paypal with her bank account and everything in Holland.

Is there anyway for me to receive payments and then transfer them to her so she can withdraw the money to her bank?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/beware-of-paypal-and-other-reversible-transfer-services-14632

I am not a scammer what so ever.
If you look at my posts your able to see i accept escrow without any problems.
I have my lbc account with over 70 trades 100% feedback.

Currently have funds with another user and i am awaiting his bitcoin payment to me.
I also send fund to Mixan who is a trusted member and he also confirmed that everything is ok on my end.

Don't make this in to a scam when i am clearly open to escrow and i already send money to 2 people without issues.

If you wish to see any proof of me telling the truth please add me on Skype and i will gladly provide you the proof that i'm an honest person.
And now don't run away and just have a big mouth but really add me so your able to see for yourself.

These guys really piss me off. They know nothing, accuse people of being a scammer and then when i tell them to add me to show proof they never do and keep their mouth closed.

If you do anything with it use an alternate PayPal account.  We are not saying to violate PayPal, it is very possible and within their terms to have a second account as a business account.  If you are not actively doing business, then that account is a nice way to do others fucntions that may or may not have issues

A chargeback is not a substitute for common sense. Who do you think is going to pay for that? Surely not the scammer.

Noob PayPal "exchangers" are the cancer of this forum. Don't encourage them.

correct. never trade 1:1 first time with anyone. always use escrow.. we have escrows here to protect us from scammers. so anytime use escrow other wise ready to get scammed. because anyone refuse to use escrow mean he's a scammer.

Nobody will do escrow for PayPal, you sig-spamming twat.

now that is a flash back from the 80's, lol.  You simply do not hear the word twat used anymore, not saying it is bad, just making an observation, lol.  As far as paypal, your credit card, anything that you do business through, smart or dumb, make sure that you document everything and take screenshots.  We use software made for recording video games, it just works right for us.  whenever we start new business, we hit the keys for the macros and we are recording, when done, we hit the stop keys and it is saved.  all go into a folder that we archive at 10 GB.  it can be a pain to sift through, but we use the time as the file name and that makes life easier.

If you are using paypal and you already deal with this man you can reverse the payment once he is scammer.. it is better to deal in any reputative members here than to newbies. better to stay away. honestly if you are also newbie and you want to exchange your paypal funds you can find any here since you are just newbie they are afraid of reverse payment.

Exactly.
I mean sure i am new on this forum and yes i know paypal is risky.
But in my thread i am saying every time i am able to show all proof i am willing to use a reputable escrow from here. I also have my localbitcoins account with 70+ trades over the last 6 months with more then 20btc traded and 100% rating and yet people with 0 to show for are accusing me of trying to scam people from there btc.
