The fact that selling illegal databases, or illegal obtaining them is forbidden worldwide then I would think that this would be eligible for removal and possibly even more severe actions being taken against the OP of that thread. You've already made an archive of the thread so it doesn't matter if the original one disappears and prevents others from buying that database or getting scammed as the user doesn't look to be using a escrow.

Ask me for Pools, Nodes and Explorers.
Captchacoins is a well known piece of shit of on this forum. Promoting scam sites, selling illegally gained files and trying desperately to scam users.

I find it quite sad that someone has to make a living like that, but he is still a piece of shit and nothing is going to change that. Thanks for reporting this, let's hope that he'll finally get banned as this is illegal practice in pretty much every part of the world.

Im reporting someone whos selling a leaked database/file of blackhatworld.com in this forum

In June 2014, the search engine optimisation forum Black Hat World had three quarters of a million accounts breached from their system. The breach included various personally identifiable attributes which were publicly released in a MySQL database script.

Anyone can download this and its spread all over to the internet. But someone still abusing this and trying to sell it to others. I think this shouldnt be allowed since its a database and its hacked (not legally obtained)

"You are only allowed to sell accounts/invites that you legally obtained yourself or through legitimate trades. If you did anything illegal in order to obtain an item, then you can't trade it on bitcointalk.org. Anyone found breaking this rule will be banned."
