A right to change the rules, not the allocation or budget.
If all bounty decides to change budget after the ICO, then who would help them in promotions?

Before participate to any bounty campaigns, do you have ever read "Term and Rules"? Yes, they always said that they have the right to change any rules, any thing at any time. So I'm not surprised when that happen  Grin

Yesterday the amazix team released a message about RepuX and joytoken teams disagreement to pay the bounty budget they have allocated for the bounty campaign.
Repux reduced the allocation from $700k to $50k which is quite alarming considering the amount of people that participated.
Joy token is yet to release a statement about the new allocation but it is expected to be equally ridiculous.

Now here's my question, what does this kind of actions hold for the projects, because I believe a lot of people will be unhappy and the displeasure may reflect on the community.

Will it be better for bounty campaigns to just give a percentage that they will pay from the total tokens sold, rather than enticing hunters with huge bounty budgets?
