I disagree. It's documented as a "rule" in the sense of a principle to follow, not as an edict to be enforced. A lender can choose to disregard it and many do, given the context. There are entire threads where no collateral loans are given out.

Because:
1) it is a public forum. If they didn't want people opinions they know what to do
2) he is going against the estabilished rules, potentially giving newbies/inexperienced people a VERY bad example

It pretty much a choice people can make. It isn't fair to assume someone asking loan is a scammer just because there are no collateral provided. I think 0.04 is a risk people can take since it is a micro loan.

It isn't a rule that every lender have to follow, its just a safety guideline. Lenders can choose and should evaluate the amount of risk.
Which is impossible to do. You do not know the user and even if you do without a binding contract you cannot do ANYTHING.
It is more riskier than gambling at a casino, so this money is better spent at poker or in the gambling section
Yes, there is a huge amount of no collateral scam but I believe lenders can judge the probability of default, some may ask for a loan with no collateral and not scamming. I guess what matters most is not lending to a bought account, most people just buy accounts to scam, you can observe this by the quality of post and the style of the post.
Risk is 100% due to nature of bitcoin, lack of information, lack of possibility for a legal action.
Collateral saves you from the hassle of veryfing ecc. ecc. where you are only feeding probability, not certainity, to make a decision.

Full Member, account value, took many times loan and repaid aren't worth anything. Any ponzi-er will take progressive loans and then default in the big one.

He is not alone who is taking loan without collateral or I am not alone who is giving loan without collateral. If you read lending section there is so many who do same, here everyone want to earn some free money by giving loan.
