Like I said its not done yet as a site. I'm just testing the water. I'll put loads of content on it and I'll update it all the time. People can join be in the project, in addition. If people want to contribute content then I'll even give them a share of any donations. That map you mentioned would be awesome.

ill donate if you can get a map  Grin with updates all time

I like the idea. But if you want it to work think of what would be your differentiator ?
Because on the bitcoin wiki, I can already find a lot of stuffs and links to different websites that deals with a lot of different things.

So ask yourself, what would be the one thing that we could find on your website and not in others ?

Hope it helps.

Cheers

Cool idea, I like the layout.  I would add Gyft to "Spend Bitcoins."  I would add BitIstant to "Buy Bitcoins" as well as other exchanges such as Bitstamp.net and CampBX

Other exchanges can be found here:

Hi all

I thought I would create a general resource for bitcoin newcomers that lists some high quality resources for obtaining, spending and learning about bitcoin without going into "what is bitcoin". I appreciate this is quite a general topic and there is much competition in this area.

There isn't much content yet because I'm unsure of whether to proceed. Its just an idea for now.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
