First of all, tBTC usually considered as coin rather token. Anyway, if you really need 100 testnet3 coin you should consider either,
1. Running your own regtest. See https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-use-regtest-the-definitive-guide-5268794, although it's written almost 5 years ago.
2. Running your own signet or testnet. See https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Signet#Custom_Signet.
3. Switch to testnet4 and mine 2 blocks.
Option to use buy testnet3/4 coin also exist, but frowned by some people.
