Here is the bios which run stable at 2100 memory clock for three hours 29.8mhsh, probably at 1950 can be stable with 27.4 mhsh.

check your log files for errors, run it at 1200 core 1950 mem. those should be safe. if you want to push move it up to 2050 mem max should give you decent results. ive undervolted the bios also.
No problem posting a modified bios, that is already modified by me and I posted it for the guy above who wanted it and I found the optimum settings, 1150 gpu core at 850 mv and 2175 mhz memory at 800 mv in afterburner settings for Hynix memory and RX 570, I told a friend to restart the rig.
