[Request for interest] Virtual cards in EUR (MC and VISA)

Hello,

I'd like to know if getting virtual cards in EUR from BTC would be of any interest for anyone.
Cards are MC or VISA, virtual (not plastic), not rechargable, and can be used to buy at any merchant online in EUR.

The use case is the following : you shop online, you checkout and when presented with the VISA or MC payment form you just take the amount you need to pay (ex: 120.47 EUR) and buy from us instantly a disposable virtual card with your BTC (providing a small fee of course).
Cards are completely legit, issued by major european banks.

I can immediately provide a few cards in order to do some tests and check interest.
As no one can vouch for me here, I'm ready to send these cards first (and get payment upon satisfaction) to any reputed member of this company.

If this would generate real interest, I'd set up a web interface for acceptance and delivery.
