Can you post the TXID here? 10K sats is the minimum amount required for viabtc . I already accelerated 2 transactions with a 10K sats/kb (0.0001) miner fee yesterday because the size is below a  1 kb. See it here:

Although there are also other reasons on why viabtc doesn't accept a certain transaction

In the following cases, you may be told that your transaction does not exist:
1) Too low fee: We only provide accelerator services for those with at least 0.0001BTC/KB transaction fees;
2) Node reboot: When a Bitcoin node is rebooted, synchronization of transaction data may be delayed. You can try again later;
3) Previous transaction unconfirmed. Your transaction can’t be confirmed if previous transactions connecting to yours are unconfirmed. You’ll need to wait till all previous transactions are confirmed first. You can also use our accelerator to help with that.
We can’t accelerate confirmation of “Double spent” transactions either.

There is still a chance if its number 3 as stated from above  Wink

Is the transaction confirmed yet? I can push it to AntPool if you'd like, please PM me (or post) the transaction ID and I'll do it for you.

It happened exactly as you said. The old transaction blocked exit of this new transaction.
Unfortunately, old wallets have their drawbacks. Personally, I still use MultiBit Classic quite often (I do not recommend it), but I have sentiment to it Wink

I also had the same problem of not getting my transaction confirm then i saw that before this transaction one more transaction was pending, so first i accelerated through viabtc first one and then tried second one and both got confirmed. So you can do this way. from this forum time when the time comes 11.59 just start to use the viabtc acceleration it will get succeed correctly before 30 secs on next hour it gets confirm you can count timer from this forum timer as it is exactly working and i have tested it.

Sorry, I'm not sure if i get it correctly.. ? Do you made next transaction to push the first one, or there was one - oldone that you didnt seen before? But how it is possible to don't see pending old transaction? Which wallet did you use? (We are talking about old MultiBit Classic)

Edit:

It looks like you have right.. there was some old hanging transaction. Now he will try to push the old one and then we try to move the main one..

Thank you very much for your suggestion!

Automatically his fee is 10k satoshi, and there is no option to change that. We try A LOT of times push this via "https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/" but it doesnt work.. To be honest I don't know why, because minimum is exactly 10k satoshi..
Usually similar cases are due to having unconfirmed parent transactions (you have to successfully submit those to ViaBTC first, then the succeeding one).

Is there any good miner that is connected to some big pool and can manually push this poor transaction?

Furthermore: There's also "ViaBTC's paid accelerator service" (fee is 0.01BTC/transaction):

Thanks for answer!

I know about viaBTC very well, and of course he's been trying after full hours (two-three days in a row) - nothing. Sad
I will ask guys from your list directly Wink
Thanks!

Hi guys,

The situation is stupid .. My friend kept BTC in old MutliBit Classic (oldest version) where is not possible to set fee. Automatically his fee is 10k satoshi, and there is no option to change that.
