I was under the assumption my withdrawal from VirWox was going to take ~48 hours. Ended up being much sooner than I expected.
Loan is no longer needed.

I obviously meant .054 
As for collateral I could give my VirWox account, which holds the pending BTC transaction I am waiting for.
