Mods read the report you make, just make a short note in the post report field to check the users other posts. As long as you aren't spamming false reports they will usually do so.

Or it's a bot and it's under fine tuning at the moment?
I don't know how bots are doing their jobs but if someone is not experienced enough in creating a bot, he/she should start to develop and test it somewhere....

If you report a post and ask the mod to ban the user in the message section of the report, maybe the mod will take a look at other posts and would ban the user, it worths a try

They're burst-posting... so this is clearly predetermined.

Likely scenario: low-quality English writer that is copying their previous posts to demonstrate some point they are focused on. Similar to how some users are quite verbose, but this user is doing so without a high degree of English knowledge.

you can report him for consecutive multiposting,
but for foul language I think he doesn't violate any rules, we are on a free speech forum
however, NSFW images are not allowed to be posted anywhere

I reported one of the posts a while back with a full description, and commented on it hoping others would see it and also report, and he resorted to the use of NSFW language while making consecutive comments on the same post:

He does seem like a bot to me !

he could be practicing some English verses , but i find it a bit strange that he had the same setnece 4 times in the last couple posts

Anyhow, to make life easier for the Mod who is going to look at this case, try to quote his repeated posts, i looked at some of his posts and i can't confirm this this statement.

be sure to add notes about the type of report it is. it is the responsibility of moderators to pass this down the chain of command if its that type of person.
