Though I belong to India but I have not visited much in India local forum. But I have seen your research about the forum. It appears from your reports; that if some Moderator is appointed to look after this section; it will be able to cleansing the forum from garbage.
I also request my Indian fellows please post your content in concerned section only. If it is posted anywhere without wisdom; it will just show the childish reporting of the poster.
We shall also learn lesson from the OP who is much concerned about cleansing our forum. So please think whether it is duty of all of us or just it is the responsibility of the OP only. I think we all are responsible for it.

But problem is if local board has no moderator than it's very hard to determine that post are bad or good. I this that's why moderators leave them unhandled. First need assign moderators for local board. At least they can delete spam post.
I am consistently reporting threads to clean up garbage from India section. But, lately I have discovered that some of my reports dated back September 18, 2018 is still hanging as Unhandled. I wish they're handled soonish.
