I think it would be more practical if you sell your code to the gaming houses. No need to deploy those games in your "casino." If your game is good, then you will be more productive this way. You don't have to think about gambling/casino licenses. Just build and sell.

To develop a Dapp, you don't need to register anywhere. That's the true beauty as well as risk factors of decentralized environment. However, if you are looking to create a new type of game or start a full fledged casino, you will have to visit your local licensing authority to start a commercial operation. AFAIK, you have to go to the intellectual property division of your country to apply for that kind of patent so that it will be credited to you as the original maker of it. And in this case, you need the help of a lawyer so that you can easily do it because it is obvious that you don't have any idea with it. About the registration of your software company, definitely you have to register your business as a corporation because it will be a requirement for you to get permits.
