Thanks for the tip. But then this happens: The window is larger but cgminer prints to the same area. I want to be able to see all the information that is cut off.

I was able to make it work by changing the settings on CMD - Properties -"Layout" tab - "Window Height". I changed it from 25 to 50. It did require me to stop and start CGMINER (cmd) but when it started again the window was larger and CGMiner took up the whole thing!

cgminer doesn't run in a window, it runs in a terminal (the terminal itself may run in a window, or it may not). You must set your terminal to the desired size before running cgminer (the procedure for doing this depends on what terminal program you are using); resizing your terminal while cgminer is running will not work correctly.
