It seems like plenty of people are leaving good reviews about Wirex on trustpilot, but something may have gone wrong with your transaction. Are you sure the money has left your bank account, because you seem to be dancing round that part of the problem - it doesn't matter if their platform shows funds, if you never sent the funds in the first place. Do you know which country they are based in?
