Too many threads are initiated by same user on different forums and we think there are bad reviews from too many clients. I hope remaining people issues will also be fixed on time.

Well, there are just two acquisitions in this thread, one is resolved. Rest are comments from senior members of this forum. I am not from the team nor I have any soft feelings for them, I already said I m scared in placing order with them due to these conflicts.
My point is that  one guy initiated two threads and we stood with him saying that sesterce is scam. Now the same guy saying his issue is resolved, where are we standing all now?
Newbies are never welcomed in defending any projects but they are free to accuse anyone and at any time.

I believe OP's problem was solved and was probably told to change the post by Sesterce.

Even if your friend finds them their service is too worst to buy anything from them. Check the negative reviews on Trustpilot or CryptoCompare they sent old models of mining hardware and there was significant delays. The worst thing is they posting fake reviews about their services. No legit company will post fake reviews of its services on different platforms.

They are scammers for sure. I request everyone to support the flag against them. They even deleted their threads from Bitcointalk why? Because their all culprit action was there. If you don't want to flash your money then don't use SESTERCE!

The fact that Obelisk cancelled the GRN1s is not our responsibility, and it has put us in an embarrassing situation with our customers. That being said, you must understand that the processes generated by these insurance policies take time and that we cannot move any faster than that.

As we have offered you twice, we offer you an immediate refund, for this we must have confirmation as mentioned in our proposal that you agree not to use this insurance without which we cannot proceed. This is why we have had no positive feedback from you despite our recovery.

Then you have to take into account the delicate position of legit miners distributors in a very volatile and complicated market to manage with manufacturers who postpone their batches and sometimes cancel their production, and customers who fear for their investments. This leads us to use very sophisticated insurance policies that have saved clients' investments more than once.

On the fact that we would be a SCAM, what is also rather difficult to manage is that out of the thousands of happy customers only 1/2% of dissatisfied customers appear on the Internet, which damages our image strongly.

Sesterce/Bitech is simply trying to cover their ass by posting on these forums. They don't actually follow thru with any of their promises.

I have yet to see a post by a real person that can prove that Sesterce did them right.
I do see plenty of posts about this company scamming people.

I have a great idea for you, Sesterce/Bitech! How about you ship people the products that they paid for. Also, If your company makes a mistake, correct that mistake. If someone deserves a refund, what you do is send them their money back. That will solve all of your problems and you won't have to use bots to try and promote your company.

@op first, can you edit your post and follow this format Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly). The other users should also add proofs as it strengthens the credibility

The amount of fake reviews is disturbing, stay away op. Better stick to manufacturers

Take a look at their ANN thread [ANN] - ONE OF THE BEST WORLDWIDE MINING OFFER - SESTERCE MINING. It's full of newbies with the same posting patterns and typical bot-like responses.

Here are the first 5 users who posted, notice that in the first page of their posting history, they all posted in the same threads.

They have a new ANN thread which is now self-moderated. As usual, there are fake reviews with the same alts in their old ANN. I also looked into MAIK68's issue and found that sesterce has been lying to them.

I want to share my experience with Sesterce. I had ordered 4 Obelisk GRN1 units. It was a pre order and I would get them in October. Unfortunately Obelisk cancelled the launch of GRN1.  So I asked for an immediate refund. Now, although I won't get the product and there is nothing to wait for, Sesterce says I must will not get my money back until October. Has anyone ordered the same product or had a similar issue? Has anyone been reimbursed from Sesterce or expects to be reimbursed? I would be really interested in letting me know your experience.

Unfortunately, despite the fact that Obelisk has indeed reimbursed its individuam clients, it has yet to reimburse the firms which ordered their batches.
As an entreprise, we have to go through our insurance in order to proceed to all the refunds of our clients.
You can contact our support team on our website if you ave any further questions of queries, they will be happy to answer you.

I also bought a miner. The order process was fine. When I configured it, it turned out that a hashingboard was not working. I contacted the support and the only solution was to load a new firmware. And that came from technical support. Actually, it's a warranty case, which I've always shared, but you do not want to know anything and now, after several requests on stubborn! As said for 2 weeks, I'm now waiting for what to happen with the miner or hashboard, so far in vain. What is with warranty?

Sesterce is a European company that does not comply with any EU law and regulations. The company does not want to know anything about a guarantee!
