Though it was your mistake and they could also deny the recovering process, this is really a wonder why would they charge $200 as admin fee. This sounds like a crap. They had to done almost nothing but to change the network. You can access the same address with the same key on different networks. They only had to maintain the official process and that's it. Charging $200 for this sounds like bribe. Either they access and recover the fund or they simply deny the recovering process. That's how you were supposed to be treated.
it is and it is also probably to deter gamblers from making the same mistake again, from what I have seen from other threads on this board that have similar issues like OP, the platform also asks for a high fee in order to recover the funds.

This is why it is good to properly read before engaging. There are FAQ there for which OP should have read but the rush to do everything fast put OP into that situation but anyways OP was lucky he got back the funds as the casino is a good and reputable one to talk about.
He should count himself lucky to have gotten such attention from the casino as they are very nice and have a good communication relationship with their users. I was wondering what it could have resulted to if it were to be other money scouting casino with no reverse policy.

This is the problem on casino you commit mistake. The premium is very high since they are not responsible for your mistake. Some casino typically don’t entertain this lind of requests.

I simply want to know when I can finnaly withdraw my 400 bucks, thats it...

The time frame on this kind of issue is indefinite since only few case like this here in the forum and typically user that resolves their issue doesn't update their thread so we don't know what exactly happened. Wait for a week until you update. Rollbit has a signature campaign here. You can assure that they will fixed your case.

Afaik, Are you already ban on using chat? What's your current communication?

That's the mistake you did why would you pay $200 to recover your funds without asking people here on the forum or those forum members who do know more about the Casino?

Honestly, it's not hard to recover funds on the Polygon(Matic) mainnet they can just import the private key to any wallet that supports Polygon Matic anytime they can send it back to you once it is imported and it won't eat too much time 5 or 10 minutes should be enough to send the Matic back to your wallet.

Listen bro, I am talking to the official support team via live-chat on Rollbit.
If they tell me I have to pay a flat 200$ fee in order to recover my falsely deposited tokens, I have to accept it since I made the mistake.

Most user will not care about that flat 200$ fee since they are playing with thousands.

I simply want to know when I can finnaly withdraw my 400 bucks, thats it...

That's the mistake you did why would you pay $200 to recover your funds without asking people here on the forum or those forum members who do know more about the Casino?

OP, if I may ask, why did you choose Rollbit?
I have seen several accusations of their work here, without accusing them of anything by my side, but it is evident that they are more than slow and uninterested in solving any dispute. $400 is not a significant amount for them, certainly not that they would be slow in resolving an obvious misunderstanding.
I would always choose a casino that has fast and direct communication with its users, rather than a nice interface for example.

I used to love Rollbit... I trust them since as you said I am a very small fish. I also advertise for Rollbit quite a while.
People are gambling with hundred thousands there and have no issue, I never had a issue prior to this incident.

I understand I am at fault and that I have to be patient... but I paid freaking 200$ to recover my 400$ and slowly I come to the realization I might never get my recovered money back, hence why I opened this thread here.

They told me I had to deposit another 200$ in order for them to recover the funds, so I did.
They took the 200$ the same day (Saturday, 15.07) and still to this day I have not received my recovered funds.

Are you sure that you are using the correct rollbit platform? Also can you provide the screenshot of support asking you to deposit again 200$ just to recover your funds since it doesn’t make sense the need of depositing new tokens while there’s still token inside on the wrong blockchain of that same address. Matic is the token you deposited which means that’s the native token that used for transaction fee.

Providing a detailed conversation will help you to find support here regarding your case.

Probably the reason is for security reason. They are using a private key that controls multiple wallet address while they currently don’t have a native polygon network available. They probably finding same wallet to import their private key for your fund’s recovery.

I agree that this can be done within few hours but remember that they have other customer and they don’t have specific support that handling this case that’s why they ask you for fee. They are hiring someone that will do your specific.

I understand now why they ask you 200$ from their balance since they don’t have supported wallet available for the mainnet of polygon.

That account is not active since May but they have another account which is active last week here Rollbit Razer

@OP as you can see on their active account they have negative trust and multiple scam accusations that are still unresolved not only that they also have many scam accusations under this section and I never heard that there is a gambling Casino that asks for money to recover funds for me, that's an obvious scam.

Its sometimes "Nancy" or someone else. They are actually responding quite fast normally.

Im just wondering if it takes 5 days to recover a deposit, why not implementing sideshift for deposits. I am sure it wont take 5 days, meaning devs would save a lot of time in the future.

Some newbies do fall for this mistake. If it is not your key, it is not your coin. Assuming it is a noncustodial wallet, you will easily be able to spend your coins.

Hello people,

I currently face a issue on Rollbit..
I accidently made 2 deposits in MATIC on polygon mainnet (~400$) even though they do not accept the mainnet, they only accept matic erc-20 tokens (I saw that too late)

So I went to the live-support and asked for their help.

They told me I had to deposit another 200$ in order for them to recover the funds, so I did.
They took the 200$ the same day (Saturday, 15.07) and still to this day I have not received my recovered funds.


I got 2 big questions:

1. When will I finnaly receive my recovered funds
2. How come a 10 million dollar casino can't implement a cross-chain dapp (like sideshift) to accept literally any crypto on any chain?


Support is not answering since 2 days anymore, I really don't know what to do. I even just got banned in the chat asking for my money.
