Support is not answering since 2 days anymore, I really don't know what to do. I even just got banned in the chat asking for my money.
OP, if I may ask, why did you choose Rollbit?
I have seen several accusations of their work here, without accusing them of anything by my side, but it is evident that they are more than slow and uninterested in solving any dispute. $400 is not a significant amount for them, certainly not that they would be slow in resolving an obvious misunderstanding.
I would always choose a casino that has fast and direct communication with its users, rather than a nice interface for example.
I used to love Rollbit... I trust them since as you said I am a very small fish. I also advertise for Rollbit quite a while.
People are gambling with hundred thousands there and have no issue, I never had a issue prior to this incident.
I understand I am at fault and that I have to be patient... but I paid freaking 200$ to recover my 400$ and slowly I come to the realization I might never get my recovered money back, hence why I opened this thread here.
They told me I had to deposit another 200$ in order for them to recover the funds, so I did.
They took the 200$ the same day (Saturday, 15.07) and still to this day I have not received my recovered funds.
Are you sure that you are using the correct rollbit platform? Also can you provide the screenshot of support asking you to deposit again 200$ just to recover your funds since it doesn’t make sense the need of depositing new tokens while there’s still token inside on the wrong blockchain of that same address. Matic is the token you deposited which means that’s the native token that used for transaction fee.

Yes I am using the official site. Mods in the chat confirmed that its real and recovery is on the way.

Probably the reason is for security reason. They are using a private key that controls multiple wallet address while they currently don’t have a native polygon network available. They probably finding same wallet to import their private key for your fund’s recovery.
I agree that this can be done within few hours but remember that they have other customer and they don’t have specific support that handling this case that’s why they ask you for fee. They are hiring someone that will do your specific.
I understand now why they ask you 200$ from their balance since they don’t have supported wallet available for the mainnet of polygon.
Sure, that is most likely the case.
Support told me though I had to pay 200$ because the developer would be otherwise developing new features for rollbit but now he has to recover my funds...........
