OP, just do this already and put the case to bed and lock the thread. I think you missed an email from them or it probably went to your spam mail.

Probably he did not notice your reply, that's why he is complaining here. It means that you are doing job well, the problem could be on his own end because he missed your reply.

Unfortunately I copied the secret URL incorrectly (truncated it by a character) and can't access the account. I contacted support through the site and haven't received a response. I also contacted Lightlord via message here and haven't received a response.

I know the site isn't a scam (and people are busy) but this is ridiculous...


No issues in this regard, because they're legit in their service and doing the best. One among the trusted gambling sites, that has gained good reputation. Though you've made the mistake they'll take into consideration and will do you the best as you're a long time player. The support is delayed, just have patience.

I don't see any negative feedback on the site yet, their account here in bitcoin is still flawless compared to other casinos where
you can see they are painted with red. I think since your problem is still not solve, you can contact the admin using your forum account and if still
there is no reply, you can make a scam accusation if you believe you are not given the justice you deserve.

Edit : I guess it was replied already, kindly update us OP, hoping this problem will be solve the soonest.

Yeah, I mean 0.049 is really a small amount to get instance feedback from them. They are running the business on bitcointalk since ages now and they have a good history of running it smoothly.

Well,you will have to find that correct secret URL.I usually use clipboard apps like Ditto to save the URLs that I copy and paste.There's no other way to recover acess to that account.
Perhaps the 777coin support will agree to a refund,but I really doubt that it would happen.
Yeah, that's what I am fearing in this situation. The casino is well known and reputable, they might leave full responsibility to their users and not store such personal data as the secret URL. After all, they are not supposed to be able to access their user's accounts on their behalf, right? Blocking accounts is another thing, of course.
Op, just wait for the response, since it's been two a couple of days. And if you know that it's only one symbol wrong and you know which one, you can just try all of the possible combinations and find it, right? Even if you don't know that much, trying out different versions probably wouldn't hurt.

Zodiac has been out of action for the last 10 days (as per his profile) that's why you haven't got any response. I'm sure that Lightlord is already looking at your issue, you just need a little bit of patience here, just saying.

I do understand your part which theres no someone who do respond on your issue but you have already contacted them the thing you would really need to do is to wait up. Lightlord is just recently online as of this moment of writing and he might already on the way to respond you.

Strange that he's not getting a response. I had a problem with my account at Bitvest a few months back and Zodiac replied through PM almost within hours, to and for took about 2 days only but after providing all the necessary information he restored my account.

I think the site can't help with getting the secret url but OP offer to sign a message from the address you deposited from. That should prove ownership of account and in fact should be the standard recovery for any crypto site now with secret url.

OP needs every solution that can be take in order to recover his funds, I think  the best idea is to deal with proper people who's involve aside
from the support team inside the site, if they provide this information better to try it out and check if how he can help resolving your issue,
there's nothing wrong trying your luck to reach out.

Admitting a your mistake can bring a good start negotiating with your account, hope to see updates regarding to your issue and how the management

In the future you should always make sure to make an account right after you create the secret URL or add at least an email in case you lose access.

There are countless people here who in the past lost their secret URL because their mobile device was lost, their home computer crashed or they got malware on their computer.

The support can usually recover their account but you need to realise that they have no idea if you are who you say you are because its difficult proving identity.

The secret url is usually a way to create an account fast without having to make an account which many people are lazy to do but whenever you make a deposit, you should always make a backup of the secret url, an username/password, add an email and add 2FA.

Its not only on 777coin, its any site that creates accounts by secret URLs.

Apparently he did contact him but there has been no response since then.

also in site there are options for changing email or password.
It doesn't really help in his current situation as he cannot access the account at the moment.

Well, is good you accept that you made a mistake and human mistake in most cases has consiquences attached. Just be patience maybe the support will help you solve your problem. Although the question of whether they are legit or not should not come up here because from your story it is all your fault and you confirmed that since you have been with them you never had any problem.
