Nor for me. I mean Theymos can easily check the IP used to log into both accounts, couple that with valid btc signatures, I mean what most straight-forward supporting evidence do you even need?

Its crazy only theymos can recover lost / hacked accounts. He should give the responsibility to someone else because it looks like he's either too busy or cant be bothered anymore.
Good luck getting a response from Theymos. I'm in a similar boat and have been PM'ing him with two signed btc address associated with my original account for several months now; no response.

Perhaps theymos has been busy and will get around to looking into it soon. I can vouch for IronMarvel that his account has been hacked as I've had communication with him through the new IronMarvel2 account and its definitely the same person.
It seems silly to me that only theymos that can look into hacked accounts and reset passwords, surely all he has to do is grant the same administrative permissions to some moderators and let them help out.
I know a few years ago when I ran a forum (not bitcoin related but in my industry) I had several moderators / administrators that could do this because it can be time consuming looking through each individual case.

You probably won't ever get a reply. Best option is to make a new account, occasionally spam him though and if you're lucky you'll get his attention. Try BadBear too.

I asked WoodCollector to confirm, that I was in control of my account when I posted the pictures of my new wooden coin, to proof, that I was in control when I posted on an secure address thread a week ago.

So it's the real IronMarvel and he's trying to scam?Not likely, The real IronMarvel now IM2 caught the hacking of his account quickly as he was online and active on the forum when it happened. When the hacker new he got busted, he figured he would have his fun quickly since it was going to end soon. That message was not the only crazy message sent from that account after it got called out. I have done 11BTC worth of business with Iron and been in communication for well over a month. Irons' English is far better than the hackers and it is easy to spot the difference when you have communicated with him several times. The piss poor English is what gave it away for me when i saw that, and the messages i got from that account.

A lot of accounts with GMX email addresses attached to them have been hacked recently. I sent a suggestion to theymos as to how this could be prevented when I let him know that akka's account was hacked however it doesn't appear it has been implemented nor have I heard back from him about it.
