I read what Miss Emile said about UQUID,it's exactly what I am experiencing now with that platform. Yes it could be linked with Paypal but that's where the usage ends. I made several attempts to pay with it via Paypal, all to no avail. At every attempt, it showed error # 10486 and another attempt to confirm the Card; this message popped up "The card that you're trying to confirm was issued by a foreign bank. Due to compliance requirements we now can only accept cards issued by Russian banks". To load fund from your wallet to the card has a hidden charge and from card to wallet another fee. They kept on depleting my deposit without any successful payment to any merchant. The time I became suspicious of UQUID was when I wanted to make withdrawal, only to find out that the $50 I deposited on the 14-03-2017 in Bitcoin could not be withdrawn with same currency, instead provision for bank details was only provided. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS LADY MAKE WRONG REPORT WITH OUR SERVICE

BUT PLEASE ADMIN AND MOD HELP US SORT OUT THIS ISSUE
The staff will not do anything about this. It is not against the rules to make fraudulent reports or to scam others. There is a default trust system that is supposed to 'tackle' these occurrences. The best that can/may happen is for OP to get a negative rating for the false/mallicious accusation.

UQUID's (uquid.com) virtual visa card is not working. One of the error messages shown when trying to use it with merchants is "3D Secure enrollment failed". It is possible to add the card to PayPal but payments do not go through.

No reply from their support since 2017-02-24 (7 days as of this writing). I have contacted them via e-mail ([email protected]) and via their contact form (https://uquid.com/contact-us).

I have deposited ~0.26 BTC (295 EUR at the time of deposit) but cannot use my money. From all this I conclude that uquid.com is a scam.

Some more points I have noticed while trying to use my funds:
  • The only way to withdraw funds when the cards are not working is by manually requesting a bank transfer:
  • User interface is bad: all useful information is hidden by default and you need a few clicks to see balance, card info, transaction info. They claim that they allow unlimited cards per account but >10 cards would be impossible to manage with the state of their UI.
  • The service has hidden fees (not listed in https://uquid.com/fees): withdrawing from a card to uquid's account is 1.00% + €0.10 and loading is 0.50%.

Hello
i am sorry for delay reply
could i know your account and transaction id for your deposit please !

use their Skype handle for support.

Sorry, but are you saying that out of three listed support channels:
only the last one is working? And this shows what, that everything is fine?

Stop whining and use the one that actually works... get your problem solved and move on.

  • The service has hidden fees (not listed in https://uquid.com/fees): withdrawing from a card to uquid's account is 1.00% + €0.10 and loading is 0.50%.

The fees refer to what it costs to convert BTC to currency in their account, the loading card fees are clearly listed each time you select an option

This implies that you have insider knowledge that uquid.com is holding their/our money in Bitcoin. Your statement could have another meaning, namely that uquid.com allows holding money in BTC, which is wrong. Anyway, these fees are not listed at https://uquid.com/fees, period.

Uquid never touches any Bitcoin. If you chose to deposit with Bitcoin, then there is a 1% merchant fee that Bitpay (their processor) is calculating in the exchange rate. You can check by looking at the exact exchange rate at https://bitpay.com/api/rates/EUR.  This is what Bitpay is charging their customer, Uquid. If you don't like that, complain to Bitpay.

If you chose to load balance into card, then there are these fees and they are clearly listed:

Max fee: €50.00
Min fee: €0.10
Transfer fee: 0.50%
Minimum amount: €0.00
Maximum amount: €1,000.00

Withdrawing from a card back to your Uquid account is stupid (why would you even want to do that?) and yes there are fees because guess what, at every step, there is either a processor or bank involved and they charge fee's. The casino always wins, remember?

So to summarize, you loaded some money onto a virtual card that is not ID verified and tried to use it with Paypal, that got refused by Paypal (not Uquids fault, but rules imposed by Paypal) and now you are trying to get the money back out of the virtual card and into your hands and you are surprised there are fees?

The only way to withdraw funds when the cards are not working is by manually requesting a bank transfer: https://s1.postimg.org/5btuf6v8f/withdrawal.png

there are more ways to transfer than just a bank transfer...

Their are a lot of ways to deposit money but the only way to withdraw is the one I have shown above.

Your most recent cards are always on top, so no problem there with many card... defunct ones are on the bottom...

Mind showing us a screenshot with >6 cards?

you BIN, please write first six digits on card
4xxx xx

you can via PM.

Are you saying you work for uquid.com and need that information to resolve the complaint? Otherwise it might be dangerous to start handing over any details to people you don't know - it might make the situation worse

Visa BIN:
BIN spectrocoin = BIN uquid = BIN cryptopay = BIN coinzy = BIN E-Coin = BIN Wirex ....etc

if your status not id verified, you can't use (any) credit card with Paypal. Have you had your identity verified?

My problem with uquid.com have since been resolved. To summarize,
  • I couldn't use their virtual card because their cards do not support the 3-D Secure protocol yet. This means that their card won't work with merchants that have the "Verified by Visa" logo, but should work with others. They claim that they are working on this with their card vendor.
  • I wanted to withdraw my money, but saw that the only option is bank transfer.
  • I have tried to contact them via [email protected] and their contact form but they didn't get my e-mails, not sure why. After having received no reply in 7 days, I have posted this topic.
  • Today I have contacted them via Skype and they have sent me my balance to my Bitcoin address, so I am editing this topic to make it less harsh and mark it as resolved.

I hope they improve their website by adding more withdrawal options and become more transparent.
