Before creating a scam accusation against any reputed site we should wait at least 7 days as they may need additional verification and also sometimes may be approved manually by the admin if there is anything wrong with your activity or suspicious activity. As for your curiosity whether your thread helped expedite the process, I heard back from Razer, he explained that there was a delay with their third party verifier, further bottle-necked with the situation that we're on this holiday season. He was going to look into your case promptly after being aware of the situation, but he saw that it's already solved.

The good thing here on his case is that rollbit has an active presence in this forum.
And if the OP didn't violate any of the terms, he has high chance of getting his winnings.
It may take time, but I don't think the site will ruin their reputation ruined by one case with good amount of money.
The OP should just keep all the necessary records/snapshots that he think will be important in claiming such amount.
It is not everyday that a casino will disburse that kind of money, so for sure, they are checking their side on this.

Yeah, such complaints come up here from time to time, especially those regarding users who have made some huge winnings. I am guessing at one point they could ask you for an extensive KYC verification procedure. Just be ready in case it comes around.

What happened: Hey y'all, don't mean to sound impatient but I've requested a withdrawal 4 days ago and have just been told that Rollbit is waiting on "higher ups" to check my withdrawal. I'm not sure what a reasonable amount of time waiting would be for my withdrawal - so I'm writing here to keep things updated and public.

I mostly play evolution games with high amounts, I rage deposit whenever I lose with bigger amounts. This time, I deposited ~$19300 USD and requested a withdrawal of $30495. Normally, I contact support and the withdrawal processes within a few hours. Now I'm pending for 4 days and I've contacted support who tell me to just wait and cannot provide a timeframe for myself.

I've personally withdrew with zero issues before so this is foreign to me. Others in discord have stated that this is unusually long too. I've contacted support but they just say the same thing, which is to just wait.

Am I being impatient here or perhaps something has gone wrong in their withdrawal process? Happy to close this post when withdrawal is processed. And curious to think what others would define as a reasonable amount of time waiting as I am unsure..
