Glad to hear you received all the pending withdrawal. I believe the delay was definitely due to technical issues which could not always be avoided. Advisably, you should exercise a little more patience in cases like this for at least 48 hours before calling the attention of the team.

Rollbit is a reputable platform and will definitely serves you better. Keep it rolllling!

It's quite alarming that you were able to withdraw larger amounts of money before without a problem, and then this happened to you. But I'm glad everything is sorted out now. It may have taken more than 24 hours, but your money has been withdrawn. Sometimes this happens, especially when the amount involved is significant. They might conduct a random audit, either from their end or their providers. But the most important thing is that Rollbit has proven they can process large withdrawals and maintain a good reputation.

Im sure its not KYC thing, they said they are waiting for provider to check, but they dont give info on which provider. Also i had deposits of 400 k and withdrawals of 520 k till this mioment, never had an issues.
That is clear thing that your account have already withdrawn such big amount comparing to this one so Maybe you are correct that its about the provider that they are waiting to give answer .

Not sure if this can help OP by all means because Rollbit official representative last online is in February meaning that is  half a year passed so His best way is the Support or their Campaign representative here as he has a constant communication from the team.

OP, I think you should exercise some more patience with the team so that you issue can be resolved because it is a huge amount of money and Rollbit needs to take their time to make sure that everything goes smoothly for both parties. Maybe it is a KYC thing that is prolonging your withdrawal, allow them to verify it with time.

I also just KYC'ed up to level 4 based on Support's suggestions.
Probably could be cases of transaction processing system error. Could also be a case of low level of your account to carry such amount of funds.

Like you said, you just did a KYC so maybe you need some patient for the mechanism to confirm your account for the update and also upgrade after following their support guidelines.
It seems this is being the first time you could have such amount of fund in your account. So processes would be required. My thoughts though.

I was playing on ROLLBIT almost 2 years, never had a problem with deposit or withdrawal, on August 17 th i got lucky and I won like 200 k, the win was on evolution live game funky time 125 k,
around 50 k on new slot on nolimitcity stockholm syndrome 28 k, after this I made a request for withdraw some funds in total of 170k usd.
The withdrawal is still pending and the online chat support first told me that they are waiting on provider check, then told me that they are waiting on high department.
They do not want to tell me on which provider are waitng also.

My account has withdrew and deposited higher amounts with no issue so not sure what the delay is on this one.

I also just KYC'ed up to level 4 based on Support's suggestions.

Happy to close this post once the withdrawal is settled.
