Note this date officially, if within the next 4 hours, I don't get my money
I'm committing suicide
Although they're not yet giving the conclusion based on the date their promised before, I think it's still tolerable if they're sometime late since there's a lot factor behind that. I still remember there's a casino need around 1-2 months to verify the KYC. Personally I still not smelling if Roobet will turn become exit scam casino since they already have good reputation so far.

I think your case may take longer than 4 hours, I just hope you wouldn't doing anything stupid that will harm yourself.

My guess is they found a red flag somewhere, plus the suicide comment probably complicated things, and now they're investigating for alts/ban evasion or something.

Either way, you can't call them a scam when they're keeping communication open and asked you to wait a few days.  Come back in a week and you'll have more of a case.

Moreover Roobet use Seon.io service to check the fraud activity. Perhaps, Roobet has suspected you and locked your account so that you don't use your account balance to place more bets or send it to other user by using the tip feature. I know money issue gone wrong makes alot of people loose their minds. But you have to exercise a little more patience with them.

Well first you should share your conversations with Roobet support to show everyone what happen and to not misunderstand anyone, i can see how much you are nervous and angry but this won’t help you at all you are making it worse and started to spam  their threads here on the forum i will tell you that this way everyone will ignore you
Roobet is a trustworthy casino as far as i know and from my experience, no doubt it’s just a misunderstanding and I’m sure someone from their team here will help you if you want that help after all you did that to your account they were trying to verify it but your anger messed everything from the story you telling us.

I don't think they would try to trash all they have been trying to build for years for just $2000 most especially if you didn't abuse their casino.

them saying that they need 2-3 days before replying is most likely a protocol. a lot of businesses do this, not just crypto casinos.

because of the many reports that go into their emails in some cases, the replies to the cases given by the CS of a gambling site are indeed processed for more than 3 days or even more, I hope your problem is resolved quickly and incidents like this don't happen again in the future Wink

All these incidents would be greatly reduced if KYC was implemented before letting you bet the first satoshi. Although this would also have its drawbacks, as I believe that at the beginning at least there would be a drop in business. But the trend is to more and more KYC, so I would not be surprised if in the future the KYC for virtually all crypto casinos would be of the same style as the one used by Pokerstars.

Yes.  You did get a reply, they told you to wait 2-3 days.  So wait 2-3 days.  Maybe even 4.  Then send follow up email.  Don't tell them you will kill yourself.  Wait 2-3 more days.  Then you can start thinking about opening scam accusation thread.

I won 2 bets and immediately when I tried to withdraw my funds, I got error for "Verify 2-Level" (Even though I have withdrawn funds before, but not above 1k, so now when they saw me winning over 1k for the first time, they blocked my account)

So I immediately Verified 2 Level
And even though 3rd level wasn't required but I did that too as additional verification

So, after that, I was bursting out with tears and frustrations, I never cry on losing bets, but this scam when they do and make you feel powerless, it's hard to digest

So, they still didn't allow me to withdraw my money even after verifying
Then support said they will check into this and it will take 2-3 days

So why on earth do they have the right to torture their users?
When I said I wanna kill myself for the torture they making me go through
They took it differently, and immediately blocked the access to my roobet account too

Now I have $2,000+ in my roobet account, it's locked and I don't see any replies from them

If this is the fair way of business, then what's the scamming and unfair way? I really like to know

This is actually not an encouraging story, and I'm just wondering why must there be complaint about "Roobet" all the time. But I'm sure there must be a misunderstanding somewhere, of which creating this thread was actually a good idea, I'm sure sooner Roobet representatives will get to see this, investigate and ensure your fund is been paid if only you never went against the rules.. so in the meantime, you can PM Sir Hhampuz. Because I'm sure he could help facilitate on your behalf.

You said your account got locked, what message do you get when you try to access your locked account? Does it give any clue as to why your account was locked?

Also your scam accusation would be complete with screenshots showing that your account is locked plus the chats with the support team.

OP should simplify it by posting in the right format to make the long story short and don't resort to begging I know you're in a depressing situation but you have to calm yourself down and try to provide all the information that we all need

That's a good action, I've seen a thread before Hhampuz helping to fix issues from the company he worked for.

The common problem of KYC casinos seems the same on this, it's always a problem with the KYC procedure.
Have you made sure that you've read already the Terms and Conditions?  Sometimes we didn't know that we violet the terms, there's a reason behind blocking the account but why they didn't inform you for that reason?

It's bit extreme "kill your self" just because you're waiting a KYC verification.

I can see just a bookmaker that is waiting some checks on their side and referred to wait a couple of days. They are making such verification, it's useless "cry" or feeling desperate (I mean it's just matter of couple of days...) if you have sent your documents and nothing strange Wink there is nothing strange

The Verification had Already completed, it was an online verification by verrify I think
And I got status of Verification to be completed

Then after it got completed, they locked my account and not replying via email, I canot get my funds also I cannot login to my own account

So why on earth do they have the right to torture their users?

They took it differently, and immediately blocked the access to my roobet account too

Now I have $2,000+ in my roobet account, it's locked and I don't see any replies from them

If this is the fair way of business, then what's the scamming and unfair way? I really like to know
