i don't get it they selective scam 6000 but let you withdraw 5btc? Seems like an issue an not a scam.

It seems they they are waiting to get their money back before refunding to your account. Banks are busy so yes it may even take longer than 3 weeks for them to locate funds. I would contact your bank and see what they have to say. I don't think btc-e is scamming just the banks are slow. Good luck
There's the other open scam accusation on here of BTC-E withholding a lot of money despite relevant documents being given.  They're either selective scamming or their customer support is just really, really, really bad.  In both cases they're an unreliable service and people shouldn't be trusting them with significant funds.

This happens all to often in the bitcoin world, so much selective scamming occurs! It's fucking disgusting
