OP will have to close a lot of threads that were created by him on the forum about this incident, which in fairness was finally resolved in his favor, and congratulations on that.

I am indeed glad that the issue has been resolved and that you now have a full refund of your money back, i believe this will help you change your mind about leaving stake, stake is a trusted and well reputable casino, but like we all know and will agree, nothing made by man is perfect, an error can occur at any point in time, so hopefully, i believe this will also show stake the part of their business that's needs to be worked on to avoid issues same as this from arising again in the future.

Now that all is solved and i believe you are happy again, i will advice that you update the OP so that readers will know that issue is resolved, as not every one have the time to read comments, as it is currently, those who dont read the comment section will not know that issue is resolved, so kindly update the OP and maybe close this thread too.

How do I close the thread? I tried deleting it doesn’t let me

I think it can be discussed well, every problem you have will definitely be solved, just wait for time and be patient, your problem can be resolved soon, so you don't need to make a thread like this unless there is no response and good intentions from stake.com to respond to the problem you, after this problem is solved you have to revise the thread and close this thread, believe me stake.com is a trusted gambling site so you don't have to worry as long as you don't break the rules

Please revise your thread to add resolved on the title, people will think your accusation still not resolved if you not do this.

This is why I've mentioned in many thread before, Stake is a genuine and trusted casino, when I see a complaint about Stake, it's mostly come from a troll of mad gambler who break terms of service and demand his winning. I don't have any problem with Stake since the customer service is very responsive to answer my question.

Well, I am glad you resolved this with them.... and that you got refunded. It is a pity that you had to resort to Social media, because your relationship with them are now even more muddy than what it was before. (You did mention in a previous post that "they" has always had it out for you)

I think you can "close" this thread now, seeing that it was resolved. I hope to see you betting on the Sports bet again soon, because I need to "Copy & Paste" a few good bets... because most of my bets ends in a "Loss"  Tongue

Congratulations for your accounts refunding and this will be a lesson for everyone , though stake is one of the oldest and most trusted in crypto gambling world.

But since you already got your funds back? better to close this thread as it serves as warning to all players to try not to violate any rules and deal only with legit sites like Stake.com.

An online casino trying to bribe a player in order to silence him is an instant red flag.
This isn't a "goodwill gesture". It's a bribe. I really hope that someone, who works for Stake would join this forum thread and elaborate more on this problem. This seems like really arrogant behavior from the Stake customer support.
I've seen many crypto casinos doing sketchy stuff and rejecting winning bets and withdrawals. This is one of the most ridiculous cases.
I would be really pissed, if some crypto casino's customer support representative treats me like a retard and then he offers me money "to shut up and forget about it". This is totally disrespectful.

I couldn’t agree more with you man, this is beyond ridiculous.

In addition, the fact that they waited for the match to finish to have an “update” is a scam in itself. If they would have resolved the issue when I emailed them, my cashout amount would have been north of 6k.

Hopefully stunna or micro responds, but I doubt they will.

I attempted to cash out my bet at 30-40

Really don't wanna be a jerk here but have to ask you this - when you attmepted to cashout your bet at 30-40 - what was the amount of cashout that was shown on the screen?

Did you agree at that very moment to "receive" this amount when the score was 30-40 i.e. did you click on the cashout button back then at that very short millisecond?

Please ask yourself if you were 'in agreement' with the numbers that were presented to you on the screen back then? Yes, many bookmakers accept/reject bets in their own favor - but they did not initiate the click for you, correct?

Again, not being against you, just trying to shed some light on this....

Cashout amount was wrong from the start- I just clicked it so it would reject and refresh to the correct amount, but instead, it accepted my cashout lol

You are a Diamond III player, so they should have been a bit more accommodating to you, because you have shown that you invested a lot of money and time into their casino.  Roll Eyes  Unfortunately, we do not know why Stake support handled it this way, because a $400 loss.. would have been nothing to a casino of their size... and also to lose a high roller like you.  Tongue

I would have liked to hear the Stake Support side of this, just to be fair that both parties had their say... but I guess this will not happen. I hope you get this sorted out.... and that you stay with Stake, because they are much better than a lot of other casinos out there. (Believe me.... some support on other casinos are horrible)  Roll Eyes

As they waited until the match was completed to resolve this issue, they should have voided the tennis selection. However, stake support has always had it out for me so they just dick me around.

I will definitely be sending this to their licensing bodies if no representative from
Stake responds here.

Hello,

First and foremost, I would like to say that this is why I am leaving stake forever and taking my business to another book.

I have been a loyal customer for over two years now, I have had many issues with their odds provider and support is usually useless but today they were somewhat helpful but still refused to fix the bet entirely.

I bet this multi (soccer was already a winner) so I only had tennis left.

 sport:48659865
Wager amount approx 4.4k usd
Total payout around 7.6k usd

I attempted to cash out my bet at 30-40 and about a millisecond after I requested my cashout, the odds changed as it went 40-40, therefore, due to odds changing, my cashout should have been rejected. Since the cashout feature is an absolute scam, my cashout was not rejected and it was accepted for about $200 when it should have been well over 1k.

I contacted support immediately to notify them that the cashout should have been rejected and that the bet should stand with the new cashout amount available. After contacting support, my player went from 9.00 to 1.20 in a matter of minutes. My cashout would now be about 5.5k based on the math.

Support argues with me back and forth until I ask for the logs, originally, they offer me a $100 goodwill gesture which I kindly decline. I continuously tell them to put the bet back to normal as the final set was starting and I wanted my cashout available. Of course, they ignore me until the match ends and she loses and they continue to argue with me and say there were no issues.

After a few hours of arguing with them, they come back and offer me $600.00 (I refuse and tell them that the selection should be voided and paid on a single, they tell me $600 more is what I’m getting and that’s it) I take it and tell them I’m also posting this online.

I am a diamond 3 player with a net loss of over 2.2 CAD and the fact that they think it’s fair to scam me over a few grand is laughable, especially when they admit it was a technical error. In addition, as you can see by the photos I posted, when you request a cashout on stake, there always has to be a 10 second cool down period, you can see my cashout was accepted only after 7 seconds.

Stake can keep the money, but boys and girls, let me tell you, their odds providers are scammers and stake support doesn’t give a shit about helping their customers.

First excuse - blaming it on my browser lol
https://ibb.co/hYph1pJ

Than odds changed at the same time-
https://ibb.co/fMDnvgL

Than I can give you $100 on a 4.4k bet a goodwill gesture lol
https://ibb.co/qxym4Mk

Cashout log- as you can see, the 10 second cool down period never finished and that’s why it wasn’t rejected
https://ibb.co/H7GB95q

Funny how odds changed exactly when I requested the cashout but it wasn’t rejected
https://ibb.co/8zVHNt4

He admits here “the cashout was not rejected correctly, so here take $600”
https://ibb.co/5Gn30N8

Its funny how the changed their tune multiple times until I called them out on the scam by their odds provider.

I don’t expect any help from any stake mods here so just put it spite for these guys, I’m going to be reporting this to their licensing body.

Thanks for reading!
