Did you import a bitcoin address (from another wallet) manually?
Did you had any transactions after that? Is the wallet showing the address which contains the funds?
If the light is green as you say it is, even after changing the servers then that means it is completely synced.

Hello, I installed electrum 2.5.4 on new PC.after run restore electrum wallet from seed. electrum wallet stooped load tx history at 1/10/2015 tx history!
