Why do mainstream general public investors only look at the coin price alone, without considering the total supply? In all my conversations I've had with friends and colleagues about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, the only question on their mind was "how much is one coin"? They're all looking for cheap coins to make an insane profit on, not even considering circulating supply. Why is this? Could it have something to do with how fiat/money works (where there is no maximum supply)?
