Same here. I have lost my money on CryptoMixer.io.
I have sent to Cryptomixer.io Letter of Guarantee and still i have not got my money back.

Send proof of your money scammed. You can put transaction ID in your or screenshot and give complete details about your accusation such as total amount, and so on. The mixer has a big issue of not paying out 81BTC last year so there's a big possibility that they are doing it again.
[banned mixer] has refunded my 100%, and now i am happy.
