Did you face any issues with the bought account? I mean did they mark it as suspicious and asked you for additional details?
The last time that I use it last year march and I haven't experienced any issue yet or facing any problem using bought accounts but before I use them I change my IP first to UK IP to be able to use them.

I just used their cards to take advantage of getting $100 bing ads coupon and AdWords coupon because you can generate 10 unique cards per month but right now I stop using it because Bing and AdWords never accept this type of card last year.

I signed up for Revolut as a non-EU resident (national of a non EU country), but was able to provide proof of resident address and EU mobile number later when using an EU address. I've since moved and in 2017 and a member of my household did the same, different non EU country but able to provide proof of resident address. We've had no problems so far BUT others in our network have been facing issues with account blocks (also non EU, resident in EU but newly sanctioned) ever since their country was hit with fresh sanctions if I recall since August/September.

You signed up via website or App? We all used website before.

The list: https://www.revolut.com/help/getting-started/verifying-identity/what-countries-are-supported/

It's the website and I've tried again and It's giving me a white page with no nothing on it.

I used Revolut before but not created by me, I bought the account from a seller in the marketing forum before. I never have experienced to register from their app since they only support EU countries.

There are few countries are supported according to their help section from here https://www.revolut.com/what-countries-are-supported/

I've tried putting my number anyway and for some reason, after clicking "Get started", the page becomes white (same page) and nothing happens. If someone has some thoughts about this?

If I remember correctly (I wish my memory would work better), after entering my number, I've got an SMS with the link to the app to download. But I live in EU.
Since you already gave them your number, maybe you try your chances with the app too, maybe you get more info.

I've seen some people recommending it, and I wanted to give it a try.

I found that the service is only available in Europe and yet, it gives a list of all countries when they want you to type your phone number on the main page. Is it just a method to collect user's data and tell them they would be notified later when their country is supported or you could actually do things If you're not from Europe but just in a limited way?
