There is no war at the moment, and no war will happen in the near future, ukrainian militaries are slowly leaving from the Crimea territory.Remember, any "war" or "revolution" related "help request" is a scam. Don't believe anybody who asks you for such type of "help".
It will be hard with your activity on forum to get donation from people, try to provide some proof or more info about this. Best regards.
