Yes looks like you are using the old drivers and need to update to the new Blockchain drivers to fix the dag issue for Eth mining.

You are loosing money, change bios and update drivers to mining/blockchain drivers

and what card memory size? bios changed? did windows update drivers and put you back to stock?

Your GPUD tired and working slow, give him 1 hour rest ))
If serious, check temperatures, maybe heat sink must to change already.
Second reason capacytors may dry up

You need to update drivers.  AMD fixed this last year.

I have my ethermine rigs on 24/7, non-stop, for a year now.
In the beginning, each RX570 made 21mh/s (factory settings), now each one is making 17mh/s.
Any suggestions of why is the mh/s lowering? Does that happen to you all?
